Breach of the Terms
In the case that any of the Terms are deemed to have been breached we reserve the right to remove offending material and to take any action which we deem necessary to comply with UK or international law. In the case of paid accounts, you have the right to terminate your account within 7 days of opening (“Cooling Off Period”) and in such a case we will refund your annual subscription payment minus a 10% handling charge. However you should be aware that we are unable to refund any subscription payments after the Cooling Off Period has expired.
Paid Subscription accounts run for twelve months from the date of Registration. You will be given the opportunity to change the card details you wish to use to renew your subscription, as well as the opportunity to cease your subscription, in which case your account will be downgraded to an Open Account.
